Currently, we ship to the continental United States.

Future Expansion:
We are exploring options to expand shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and select international destinations. Please check back for updates.


3. Shipping Costs

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

  • Free Standard Shipping on select promotions and qualifying orders (as noted at checkout).

  • Flat Rate Shipping: Calculated at checkout for orders under promotional thresholds.

No Hidden Fees:
All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.


4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM CST begin processing the same day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.


5. Estimated Delivery Time

Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, seasonal volume, or carrier delays.

Lost Packages:
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  • Check with neighbors or building management

9. Missing Items

Report any missing items within 7 days of receipt to support@outdoorembers.com with your order number. We will send replacements or issue a refund after review.


10. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.

11. Incorrect Address

Please confirm your shipping address before checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Returned packages may incur additional shipping charges for reshipment.
