Returns Policy
30-Day Return Window Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. A proof of purchase is required. Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A 15–25% restocking fee may apply, depending on the product. Custom or used items are considered final sale. No. At this time, Outdoor Embers ships only within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
